What is New Student Orientation?
This is the first opportunity for brand new students to learn what attending VBU will be like. You will hear from VBU professors about the differences between online classes and brick and mortar classes. You’ll also learn where to turn when you have questions about student services. 

When is it?
Tuesday, September 26 and Wednesday, September 27, 2007, both from 10 AM to Noon EDT. Sign up now before each session fills up!

Where is it?
The new student orientation will be held online in the VBU Seminar Meeting Room. Access to meeting room will be provided in advance to enrollees.

Why should I attend one of these sessions?
Every first time registered student is encouraged to attend the orientation session to meet instructors, test equipment and ensure familiarity with Moodle and other technology compatibility.
